Quagoron

The cousins of the Vemenar, Quagoron are equally sneaky but larger than even typical leviathans - almost bear-bat in nature, with the ability to glide and love for burrowing. They are just as perceptive as the Vemenar. 

While able to hear and understand the language of the Vemenar, they cannot speak it.
